 Jim Weber
Dealing Representative

Jim Weber, B. Comm (Finance) Real Estate Consultant Licenced for Exempt Securities Dealing Representative for M3 Securities Jim’s backgrounds in real estate and as a financial planner make him the perfect person to be consulting and advising on income-producing-investment real estate. Jim started in residential real estate sales. He then purchased a small existing firm which became the first Century 21 franchise in Saskatchewan, and ultimately, to be a consistent member of Century 21’s “Top 21 Club”. He developed, designed, built and leased a strip mall (to house his rapidly growing firm. As head of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department, Jim focused on Investment Real Estate, primarily apartment blocks. After 17 years in Real Estate, Jim started a new career as a financial planner. The most enjoyable part of planning is helping people put long-term financial, retirement and estate plans in place. In 1996, Jim added another tool to the choices he was able to use in retirement planning – Real Estate Limited Partnerships. Most people have all of their investments in RRSPs, pensions, mutual funds, stocks, etc. – in the financial markets. Very few had any “hard assets” like real estate. When he was introduced to Everett Kearley and Millennium III, he found the way average investors could diversify their portfolios to lower their risk, enhance their retirement income and have more estate planning options. Jim retired from financial planning in 2013 to focus strictly on providing Real Estate Limited Partnerships to his friends and clients. Jim has been investing with Millennium III since 1996 and continues to do so. His comment “It is the best part of my portfolio – it helps me sleep at night.”
